यह सूचना GeoRank Apex के उपयोगकर्ताओं की जानकारी के संग्रह, उपयोग, संरक्षण एवं अवधि के विषय में है।This notice governs the collection, use, protection and retention of information of GeoRank Apex users.
(क) पंजीकरण विवरण: पूरा नाम, ईमेल, देश-कोड सहित मोबाइल नंबर, देश, राज्य, शहर, पता, व्यवसाय का नाम एवं वेबसाइट (यदि दी गई हो), पसंदीदा भाषा। (ख) गतिविधि-अभिलेख: प्रवेश एवं निर्गमन का समय, देखे गए पन्ने व भाग, बटन/लिंक के नाम, किसी पन्ने पर बिताया गया समय, तकनीकी त्रुटियाँ, ब्राउज़र का प्रकार एवं उपकरण-श्रेणी, तथा नेटवर्क से प्राप्त अनुमानित देश, क्षेत्र एवं शहर।
(a) Registration details: full name, email, mobile number with country code, country, state, city, address, business name and website (if given), preferred language. (b) Activity record: sign-in and sign-out times, pages and sections viewed, names of buttons/links used, time spent on a page, technical errors, browser family and device class, and the approximate country, region and city derived from the network.
पासवर्ड केवल एकतरफ़ा कूट-रूप (hash) में रखा जाता है और किसी को पढ़ने योग्य नहीं होता। प्रपत्रों में टाइप किया गया पाठ, सुरक्षा-चित्र के उत्तर तथा प्रवेश-टोकन गतिविधि-अभिलेख में दर्ज नहीं किए जाते। पूरा IP पता नहीं रखा जाता; केवल उसका कूट-रूप।
Passwords are kept only as a one-way hash and are readable by no one. Text typed into forms, security-picture answers and sign-in tokens are not recorded in the activity record. Full IP addresses are not stored; only a keyed hash.
खाते की सुरक्षा, दुरुपयोग की रोकथाम, सेवा की गुणवत्ता एवं त्रुटि-सुधार, तथा उपयोगकर्ता-सहायता। यह अभिलेख किसी तीसरे पक्ष की विश्लेषण-सेवा को नहीं भेजा जाता और विक्रय नहीं किया जाता।
Account security, prevention of misuse, service quality and error correction, and user support. The record is not sent to any third-party analytics service and is not sold.
गतिविधि-अभिलेख अधिकतम 365 दिन तक रखा जाता है, उसके बाद स्वतः हटाया जाता है। अभिलेख तक केवल संस्था के स्वामी की पहुँच है। स्वामी किसी भी खाते को रोक, पुनः चालू या हटा सकते हैं; हटाए गए खाते का अभिलेख इतिहास हेतु सुरक्षित रहता है।
The activity record is kept for at most 365 days and then deleted automatically. Only the owner of the institution has access to it. The owner may block, unblock or remove any account; the record of a removed account is preserved for history.
पंजीकरण के समय सहमति ली जाती है। उपयोगकर्ता अपनी जानकारी देखने, सुधार या खाता हटाने का अनुरोध अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल से संस्था को लिखकर कर सकते हैं। यह सूचना भारत के डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 तथा लागू विधियों के अनुरूप है। सूचना में परिवर्तन इसी पन्ने पर प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।
Consent is taken at registration. Users may request access, correction or deletion of their information by writing to the institution from their registered email. This notice is intended to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. Changes will be published on this page.
